Who heard that? The riper it is the better. Well, that is from my own dictionary if it doesn't exit. In the part of the world I stay there are varied types of garden egg. The ones that is most popular is those we use groundnut sauce to eat.
Few days back a friend of mine told me about this particular specie and what they normally use it for in there own locality. In as much as there are people who eat it, I can also try it out
So I have decided to try out this specie of garden egg. Usually I use the leaves to prepare other dishes, but I will be trying out other recipes of this same fruits. So stay clued to my blog as I will bring you my process in my next blog on this.
