Hello people!
This week there is a new weekly #POBphotocontest and obviously with a new topic, and inspired by it, again I want to join it. Well, this is my 29th time participating and here my photos! If you are interested, please read the guide post: https://ecency.com/foo/@friendlymoose/pobphotocontest-new-round-smoke. Thanks @friendlymoose for this initiative.
And this new round is about a different topic, and this time it is quite weird and somehow difficult or maybe not, it's about: SMOKE. According to the guide post we can be creative, to create our own fire and show some smoke!
So here is my new contribution for the Proof of Brain photo contest:
Industrial SMOKE
Well, thinking about it and looking at the photos I'm about to share, it doesn't seem so complex. In fact, we experience smoke all around us every day. There are various types of smoke: from a chimney or barbecue, from an old steam locomotive... also from a cigarette, a fire, or from factories. Many of them alert us to something, and some can be harmful because they affect the environment.
In the case of industries, this could be the case. Although they are necessary to produce what we consume, they don't usually represent landscapes we particularly enjoy. However, they are often large structures that release smoke through immense industrial chimneys, and it seems as if they are always active, even as in these photos at sunset...
I took these photos on the way to the Spanish city of A Coruña, in the northwest of the country, possibly one of the many industrial parks where industrial activity is concentrated. These imposing, large chimneys, belching smoke, even near dusk, attract attention, in one way or another.
We don't make smoke signals now, but there's still smoke. And here it is, there is smoke.
