If you're one of those people who follow my blog, you'll remember that I mentioned that this "autumn" has started off really rainy, and that's a very important factor for the fungi to develop in the reserve, and they certainly have, since we came across some beautiful species. We found this "species": on the last three visits we made to the reserve, which means you'll be seeing photos of this genus frequently. As you can see, they are found on the bark of branches and tree trunks; in fact, that is what they are called: "fungi" of "bark".

As I mentioned, there are some areas of the property that, due to the constant rains, have become overgrown with vegetation. Seeing the transformation of the environment, this week we visited a sector that we hadn't visited for a long time, and the truth is that it was a success, since we found this very peculiar ¨genus¨ :  of ¨fungi, since the pattern on the top of the fungus is something I had never seen before, so I haven't been able to correctly identify what species of ganoderma it is.

You probably remember that three weeks ago we already saw this peculiar "mushroom" : , only this time it's more defined and developed. The truth is, these aren't fungi we see often; this might be only the third time we've come across them, so I don't have much information about this genus. I hope to continue researching and find out more about them.

I have to admit it's been another great week of mushroom hunting. We came across some little-known mushrooms again, and that's what I love about mushroom hunting. Always happy we got our camera because we got some beautiful shots with it

The reserve is one of the best places to look for mushrooms; the last two species you found are very unique, striking, and beautiful.

I loved your photos.

I was also surprised by the beautiful species of mushrooms we found this week.

Thank you very much.

Buenas tardes @jlufer.

Good afternoon @jlufer. When I read your posts and look at the photos, I sometimes realise that if I’d walked past the same spot, I wouldn’t have ‘noticed’ the mushroom. I don’t think I would ever have recognised the first one as a mushroom.

The other two mushrooms, though unusual, have their own charm.

I hope you’re having a lovely day.

Buenas tardes, querido amigo @enraizar.

Muchas gracias.

Que tengas una tarde hermosa

Good afternoon, dear friend @enraizar.

Before discovering the #hive challenge, I knew nothing about mushrooms, and when I started, I always overlooked some species. Only over the years have I learned to find and identify them, but I still have so much to learn, and that's what excites me: going out every week in search of them.

Thank you very much.

Have a wonderful afternoon.

Congratulations @jlufer! You received the biggest smile and some love from TravelFeed! Keep up the amazing blog. 😍 Your post was also chosen as top pick of the day and is now featured on the TravelFeed front page.
