Hello to all my friends and followers of this wonderful "FungiFridayCommunity":   What a pleasure to go for a walk in the reserve in search of mushrooms to participate in this great "FungiFridayContest":   and surprise you all with the beautiful species we find in this natural place.

Once again, we chose to visit the property near our house to search for mushrooms. If there's one place where we're sure to find them, it's this. The search was fantastic; we came across three very interesting species. One of them was this beautiful "specimen": which was found on a decomposing log. As you can see, they are beautiful and very small; honestly, I don't know how we managed to see them.

¨Parasola¨-¨auricoma¨:

Although this is a "genus" : of fungi that we find very frequently, this species is not very well known; If I remember correctly, I don't think we've found them more than three times. As you can see, they're one of those fungi that grow on the surface of tree branches or trunks, and their presence here isn't a good sign for the wood.

I have no doubt in saying that of the three ¨fungi¨ :  that I am showing you this week, these are the best known. They are also the kind of specimens that grow on tree trunks, and although some of the fungi are discolored, it's always great to find them; it's a shame not to have seen them a little earlier.

¨Pycnoporus¨-¨sanguineus¨ :

Always amazed with the results we have with the use of our ¨camara¨ :  we can take beautiful shots of the different species we find each week in the reserve, and honestly, it's always a great pleasure to show them to you.

Good afternoon, my esteemed @jlufer. Of the three fungi you present today, I really love the images of the Junghuhnia genus. With the texture of the wood and the coloring, they could very well be part of an exhibition in a museum. Thank you so much for these Friday strolls.

I hope you enjoy a wonderful day.

Hello, dear friend @enraizar, good day.

While we have followed this genus of mushroom, we have rarely seen this particular species, and it has been wonderful to find them. I agree with your statement; they are true works of art.

Thank you very much.

I hope you are enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
