Todo indica que en esta zona del mundo estamos en plena temporada de esta ¨especie¨ : dado que todas las semanas que visitamos la reserva damos con ellos. Como pueden apreciar no son de esos ejemplares que sirvan para preparar algo con ellas, pero su verdadero atractivo esta en todos los usos que se les da. Estos hermosos hongos lo hallamos en uno de los estanques naturales que tiene el predio, y ha sido maravilloso dar con ellos
Everything indicates that in this part of the world we are in the middle of the season for this "species": since every week we visit the reserve we find them. As you can see, they are not the kind of specimens that are useful for preparing anything, but their true appeal lies in all the uses that can be given to them. We found these beautiful mushrooms in one of the natural ponds on the property, and it was wonderful to discover them.

El segundo ¨ejemplar¨ : por muy poco paso por alto, dado que en el estado en que se encuentran no llamaron mucho mi atención, por suerte Abigail estaba atenta y me aviso de ellos; como pueden ver están bastante deteriorados, pero aun así se pudo comprobar a que genero pertenecen, lo que no pudimos definir es bien su especie, como saben, este género tiene muchas especies

Finalmente dimos con un ¨hongo¨ : muy popular, se trata de uno muy apreciado en las cocinas de los mejores ¨chef¨ del mundo, ya que con ellos se preparan exquisitos platos; aunque debo reconocer que estos quizás no llamen tanto la atención y te invita a que los lleves a casa para preparar un delicioso almuerzo con ellos

Estos hongos lo hallamos sobre la corteza de un árbol de ¨ceibo¨ : digo estos ya que sobre el tronco dimos con dos especies de hongos, la otra ¨especie¨ : también es muy conocida, aunque no querrás hallarlos en las ramas de tus árboles. Siempre disfruto mucho nuestras caminatas por este hermoso predio, sobre todo cuando llevo nuestra ¨camara¨ : y puedo hacer tomas hermosas de las cosas que hallamos allí
