The signup time should not be limited to only midnights

This got me laughing 🤣🤣🤣
So it selects a particular time from the 24hrs to allow registration 😅.

Honestly, registration is not supposed to be difficult because that's a first impress and it has the ability to discourage people if the site is not coming up as expected
