These days, my mind has been focused on the idea of teaching a workshop for entrepreneurs where I could teach the wire and resin technique for jewelry making. I really love this and would like to be able to pass on this wonderful art to others.
What better place for this gathering of artisans than this beautiful and cozy café? So, I decided to discuss the idea of teaching the workshop at the café with the owner. We agreed on the details and what they would offer for the executive package.
We agreed that they would send me all the available options. I really would like it to be at this place.
While browsing around the place and enjoying my coffee, I came across a lot of new texts to add to the Caserito collection.
I like coming here and bringing my markers and notebooks to doodle while enjoying a good cup of coffee. It wasn't this time, but I could see the school kids arriving to study for their final exams as the end of the school year approaches.
Outside the coffee is the supermarket. I needed to buy some groceries for the house and, of course, coffee for the weekend. At the entrance, there was a stand for the Amanecer brand, promoting its two varieties of coffee: the classic Amanecer and its gourmet version called Della Nona. We've tried Amanecer several times at home, but I'd never tried the gourmet version.
I took home a 250-gram package to try, since I loved the sample they gave me.
Once home, I wanted to prepare this coffee, and to my surprise, its flavor and aroma are very similar to Amanecer. The most noticeable difference is in the thickness of the bean and how intense it is.

Café, buenas ideas y un espacio literario
Saludos amigos amantes del café! Sean bienvenidos a blog, en esta oportunidad para comentarles sobre una cafetería que me encanta y que últimamente está incrementando su colección de libros para fomentar los encuentros literarios. Acompáñenme a visitar el Caserito Café.
En estos días mi cabeza a estaso centrada en la idea de dictar un taller para emprendedores donde podría enseñar la técnica de alambre y resina para bisutería. Esto realmente me encanta y me gustaría poder transmitir a otros este maravilloso arte.
Qué mejor lugar para esta reunión de artesanos que esta bonita y acogedora cafetería? Así que me dispuse a conversar la idea de dictar el taller en la cafetería con el dueño. Acordando precuos y lo que ofrecen por el paquete ejecutivo.
Quedamos en que me enviaría todas las opciones disponibles. La verdad es que me gustaría que fuera en este lugar.
Curioseando por el lugar mientras disfrutaba del café. Me encontré con una gran cantidad de textos nuevos que se incorporan a la colección del Caserito.
Me gusta venir aquí y traer mis marcadores y mis cuadernos para hacer mis garabatos mientras disfruto de un buen café. No fue en esta ocasión pero pude ver como los chicos del colegio llegaban para estudiar sus pruebas finales ya que se acerca el fin de curso.
Afuera de la cafetería está el supermercado. Necesitaba comprsr algunos víveres para la casa y por supuesto café para el fin de semana. En la entrada de había un stand de la marca Amanecer, promocionando sus 2 variedades de café. El clásico amanecer y su versión gourmet llamado Della Nona. En casa hemos probado Amanecer varias veces, pero nunca había tenido en mis manos su versión gourmet.
Llevé a casa un paquete de 250 gramos para probar ya que la muestra que me dieron me encantó.
Una vez en casa quise preparar este café y para mi sorpresa su sabor y olor es muy parecido al Amanecer. La diferencia más notoria se aprecia en el grosor del grano y lo intenso que queda.
Hasta aquí nuestro recorrido de hoy. Ojalá que pueda hacer una próxima reseña contandoles del taller que dicté desde una de mis cafeterías favoritas.
