Greetings, fellow coffee lovers! Welcome back to my blog, where today we'll visit a beautiful coffee shop in my city where I was able to reflect a little on what I've learned this year. Join me as I introduce you to Dolce Bono.
There are only a few days left until the end of 2025. It's been a year full of ups and downs, like every year, but this year in particular, I became a mother for the second time. That's how my year began, with high expectations for the birth of my baby. Then my baby was admitted to intensive care for almost a month.
I remember one of my posts on Valentine's Day when they told me I could take my little boy home. It was an immensely happy day that my husband and I celebrated with a delicious mochaccino.
A year has so many chapters, so many beginnings and endings that it would be impossible to summarize in this post. But I can say that it was a learning experience and allowed me to grow as a person.
This week, for work reasons, I went into a new café. It was very elegant, with a modern yet traditional style. Dolce Bono surprised me, and I wanted to go in and take a look and try some of its delicious menu.
There was a beautiful room at the back with very comfortable sofas and hanging lamps. The tables were decorated with bouquets of flowers. A small Santa guarded the tea display case.
I loved the open concept of the bakery. They bake their own bread here, so they decided to let us see the process behind a glass window. We can see the ovens and the bakers doing their work.
I could see that they have a modern backup power system for power failures, which is very important nowadays.
The house specialty is bono bread, so I ordered two small delicacies to accompany my cappuccino. You could see that everything was prepared with care and had a unique flavor. The service was personalized. Even though there were several people in the place, the waiter made sure my table was taken care of so that we felt comfortable.
At one point, I found myself enjoying my coffee, looking at the fountain and the plants in the nursery at the back of the room, and reflecting on how lucky I was this year. I have many expectations and projects to start the new year, but the marks left by the days of 2025 are indelible.
This may not be my best moment financially, but for next year I have many projects and goals that I am already working on to move forward. I hope it will be a year full of visits to beautiful places like this and successes for me, my family, and all my friends.

Despidiendo el año con un Capuchino y reflexiones
Saludos amigos amantes del café! Les doy la bienvenida una vez a mi blog, en esta oportunidad para visitar una bella cafetería en mi ciudad donde pude reflexionar un poco sobre lo aprendido en este año. Acompáñenme a conocer Dolce Bono.
Faltan unos pocos días para que termine el 2025. Un año lleno de altas y bajas, como todos los años, pero este en especial fui madre por segunda vez. Así comenzó mi año, con muchas espectativas del parto de mi bebé. Luego mi bebé ingresado en cuidados intensivos por casi un mes.
Recuerdo una de mis publicaciones el día de San Valentín cuando me dijeron que podía llevarme a casa a mi pequeño hijo. Fue un día inmensamente feliz que por supuesto celebramos mi esposo y yo con un delicioso Mocaccino.
Un año tiene tantos capítulos, tantos principios y finales que sería imposible resumir en esta publicación. Pero si puedo decir que fue de aprendizaje y me permitió crecer como persona.
Esta semana, por cuestiones de trabajo, entré auna cafetería nueva, era muy elegante y con un estilo moderno pero tradicional. Dolce Bono me sorprendió y quise pasar a darle un vistazo y una probadita a su delicioso Menú.
Una bonita sala al fondo con sofá muy cómodos y lámparas colgantes. Las mesas decoradas con ramos de flores. Un pequeño Santa custodiaba la vitrina de té.
Me encantó el concepto abierto de la panadería. En este lugar preparan su propio pan así que decidieron dejarnos ver el proceso detrás de una ventana de cristal. Podemos ver los hornos y a los panaderos haciendo su trabajo.
Pude ver que tienen un moderno sistema de respaldo de energía para las fallas de electricidad, eso es muy importante hoy en día.
La especialidad de la casa es el pan de bono, asi que pedí 2 pequeñas delicias para acompañar mi Capuchino. Se ve que todo fue preparado con delicadeza y su sabor único. La atención fue personalizada, a pesar de que habían varias personas en el lugar el camarero se dedicó a que mi mesa fuera atendida para que nos sintiéramos cómodos.
En un momento me descubrí disfrutando de mi café, viendo la fuente y las plantas del vivero de la parte de atrás de la sala y reflexionando lo afortunada que fui en este año. Tengo muchas espectativas y proyectos para iniciar el nuevo año, pero las huellas que dejaron los días de este 2025 son imborrables.
Tal vez este no sea mi mejor momento económicamente, pero para el próximo año tengo muchos proyectos y metas en las que desde ya estoy trabajando para salir adelante. Espero que sea un año lleno de visitas a bellos lugares como este y de éxitos para mi,para mi familia y para todos mis amigos.
