A couple of days ago I had a unique and special experience with my daughter and it is definitely in the midst of simplicity that left me with a great satisfaction and a beautiful memory that I will treasure in the depths of my being. In the middle of her days off and not doing much here at home my daughter had the intention of making some cookies and although I confess that even I have not learned to make cookies we dared together to try to make them.
The first mistake is always to think that this is something complicated and that we can not do it, but today we have a great tool that using it wisely can become our best ally, so I made use of the internet and with basic ingredients that I had at home we simply ventured.
The kitchen became our great refuge of flavors, it was like a small laboratory where smiles and expectations were at the surface in the midst of our great improvisation and the illusion of seeing a great result, we integrated each of the ingredients to the dough, we added chocolate and some cookies over rain of colors and simply let the oven do the great magic.
When the cookies began to bake, they gave off their aroma invading every corner of my house and awakening even more the curiosity of my little ones who were eagerly waiting to delight their palate with the result obtained.
At the end of the moment when the cookies were golden brown and very crunchy, but at the same time soft inside we decided that the children would accompany it with a portion of milk, while we adults were inclined to go for something a little sweet, but very concentrated, for our favorite drink as it is a rich black coffee. Because there is no doubt about what is the best combination to accompany a cookie, this is the coffee, the contrast of flavor on my palate is a unique delight and above all a great reminder that beautiful experiences do not need big plans but a willingness to enjoy a daily time with your daughter.
I was very satisfied to see how my daughter from a very early age was motivated to develop this activity that allows her to put into practice and exploit her creativity and even feel part of something important. She told me with a smile on her face that from now on I will sweeten your afternoons with delicious cookies to go with your coffee, it was a very nice gesture on her part, wasn't it?
Beyond a simple recipe, what I value most was the beautiful time I was able to share with her in the middle of our free time to do something useful, our simple conversations and the mischievousness that accompanied the whole process..
In the middle of our corner as is the kitchen there was an ideal time to unite us share and value those beautiful memories that over time become more significant and strengthen our family life, this activity has been repeated several days of the week is that it is a perfect duo our portion of coffee and a crunchy cookie made with love and complicity.
And at the end of it all we didn't just make some crunchy cookies during this process we baked unforgettable memories.

Hace un par de días tuve una experiencia única y especial junto a mi hija y es definitivamente en medio de la sencillez me dejó una gran satisfacción y un recuerdo bonito que atesorare en lo profundo de mi ser. En medio de sus días libres y de no estar haciendo gran cosa aquí en casa mi hija tuvo la intención de hacer unas galletas y aunque les confieso que ni siquiera yo he aprendido a hacer galletas nos atrevimos juntas a intentar hacerlas.
El primer error es siempre pensar que esto es algo complicado y que no podemos lograrlo, pero hoy en día tenemos una gran herramienta que usándola de manera sabia se puede volver nuestra mejor aliada, por lo tanto hice uso del internet y con ingredientes básicos que tenía en casa simplemente nos aventuramos./div>
La cocina se convirtió en nuestro gran refugio de sabores, era como un pequeño laboratorio donde las sonrisas y las expectativas estaban a flor de piel en medio de nuestra gran improvisación y la ilusión de ver un gran resultado, integramos cada uno de los ingredientes a la masa, le agregamos chocolate y algunas galletas por encima lluvia de colores y simplemente dejamos que el horno hiciera la gran magia.
Cuando comenzaron a hornearse las galletas, desprendieron su aroma invadiendo de esta manera cada rincón de mi casa y despertando aún más la curiosidad de mis pequeños que esperaban con ansias poder deleitar su paladar con el resultado obtenido.
Al final del momento cuando ya las galletas estaban doraditas y muy crujientes, pero a la vez suaves por dentro decidimos que los niños la acompañarían con una porción de leche, mientras que nosotros los adultos nos inclinábamos por algo poco dulce, pero muy concentrado, por nuestra bebida preferida como lo es un rico café negrito. Porque no cabe duda alguna de cuál es la mejor combinación para acompañar una galleta, este es el café, el contraste de sabor en mi paladar es un deleite único y sobre todo un gran recordatorio de que las hermosas experiencias no necesitan de grandes planes sino de una disposición de disfrutar un tiempo cotidiano con tu hija.
Me sentí muy satisfecha al ver como mi hija desde muy temprana edad se motivó a desarrollar esta actividad que le permite poner en práctica y explotar su creatividad y hasta sentirse parte de algo importante. Me dijo con una sonrisa en su rostro de ahora en adelante te endulzaré las tardes con ricas galletas para que la acompañes con tu café, fue un muy bonito gesto de su parte verdad?
Más allá de una simple receta lo que más valoro fue ese tiempo bonito que logré compartir junto a ella en medio de nuestro tiempo libre hacer algo de provecho nuestra sencillas conversaciones y la picardía que acompañó todo el proceso.
En medio de nuestro rincón como es la cocina se presentó un momento ideal para unirnos compartir y valorar esos hermosos recuerdos que con el tiempo se vuelven más significativos y que fortalecen nuestra vida familiar, esta actividad se ha repetido durante varios días de la semana es que es un dúo perfecto nuestra porción de café y una crujiente galleta hecha con mucho amor y complicidad.
Y es que al final de todo no simplemente hicimos unas galletas crujientes durante este proceso horneamos inolvidables recuerdos
