Today our beloved sun that embraces us every day gave itself without measure, it is one of those Sundays or actually any day of the week extremely hot that the simple fact of leaving your home makes you think that it will melt not only your body, but even your mood, but even so I have learned to move according to the circumstances, so I did not let this be an impediment to enjoy the beautiful day that awaited me.
Throughout my life I have been able to understand that everything in this world has a purpose and the heat is part of our day to day environment in which we live, so I can not see it as an obstacle but as part of the scenario.
Today I want to celebrate with all of you my dear bloggers the entrepreneurship of a young girl of barely 16 years old, who is just waiting for her high school diploma, who has started selling handmade alfajores prepared from the comfort of her home. She is a great example of resilience and I told myself you can not fail to support this beautiful initiative and have a snack to combine with a delicious coffee.
These alfajores for those who do not know them are cookies made mostly with cornstarch base are originally from Latin America and can be combined with many ingredients in this opportunity we enjoyed them with dulce de leche filling and rain of colors the impressive thing here is that in each bite of this cookie is extremely soft and voluminous and this is exactly why I consider for my palate something very dry, but ideal to combine with a coffee.
It is impossible not to admit that they are dry cookies so I see myself in the pleasant obligation to accompany it with coffee to finish tasting in my mouth, I can not deny that this combination is a real delight because between bite and sip an ideal mix is made, it is similar to life itself as when the effort and passion work for the same feeling and that is what I can see in the great talent with purpose that this young lady is developing.
Currently, in the society in which we are developing, we need our young people to have a clear purpose, to dare to explore those dormant gifts or talents, to start with that enterprise, that dream they have always wanted, to not expect to have everything solved or for their parents to solve their real problems, to take the initiative to take that first big step and we as members of a society must support them.
These ideas may vary in flavors, in art, but they all have a great purpose and that is to impact because each venture is a great representation of a light of hope for those who yearn to achieve a goal so I decided not only to like their exquisite cookies called alfajores and also celebrated in the company of my faithful companion coffee there is nothing more pleasant in life than to celebrate and share in the company of what you love and coffee is my faithful companion.
I did not let the shining sun or the heat that seeped through the different corners of my house be the obstacle or the ideal excuse to say I will not consume this drink, on the contrary it was the perfect excuse of the alfajores to taste it with a rich and steaming cup of coffee, so today my dear friends besides sharing my pleasant experience I want to ask you a question, from the comfort of where you live have you already dared to support someone who has just started his venture? Hoy nuestro adorado sol que nos abraza todos los días se entregó sin medida, es uno de esos domingos o en realidad de cualquier día de la semana sumamente caluroso que el simple hecho de salir de tu hogar te hace pensar que te va a derretir no solamente tu cuerpo, sino hasta tu ánimo, pero aun así me he aprendido a mover según las circunstancias, así que no dejé que esto fuesen impedimento para disfrutar del hermoso día que me esperaba.
A lo largo de mi vida he podido entender que todo en este mundo tiene un propósito y el calor es parte de nuestro día a día del ambiente en el cual convivimos, por lo tanto no puedo visualizarlo como un obstáculo sino como parte del escenario.
Hoy quiero celebrar con todos ustedes mis estimados blogger el emprendimiento de una joven de escasos 16 años que recién están en espera de su título de bachiller, quién ha iniciado su venta de alfajores artesanales preparados desde la comodidad de su casa. Ella es un gran ejemplo de resiliencia y me dije a mí misma no puedes dejar de apoyar esta hermosa iniciativa y tener un aperitivo para combinar con un exquisito café.
Estos alfajores para los que no los conocen son unas galletas realizadas en su gran mayoría con base de maicena son originarias de Latinoamérica y se pueden combinar con muchos ingredientes en esta oportunidad las disfrutamos con relleno de dulce de leche y lluvia de colores lo impresionante aquí es que en cada bocado de esta galleta es sumamente suave y voluminosa y es justamente esto por lo que considero para mi paladar algo muy seco, pero ideal para combinar con un café.
Es imposible no admitir que son galletas secas por lo tanto me veo en la grata obligación de exigirme acompañarlo con café para terminar de degustar en mi boca, no les puedo negar que es una verdadera delicia esta combinación porque entre mordisco y sorbo se realiza una mezcla ideal, es semejante a la propia vida como cuando el esfuerzo y la pasión trabajan por un mismo sentir y es lo que puedo evidenciar en el gran talento con propósito que está desarrollando esta jovencita.
Actualmente en la sociedad en la que nos estamos desarrollando necesitamos que nuestros jóvenes tengan un propósito claro que se atrevan a indagar en esos dones o talentos dormidos, a iniciar con ese emprendimiento, ese sueño que siempre han querido, que no esperen tenerlo todo resuelto o que sus padres resuelvan sus verdaderos problemas, que tomen la iniciativa de dar ese primer y gran paso y nosotros como miembros de una sociedad debemos apoyarlos.
Estas ideas pueden variar en sabores, en arte, pero todos tienen una gran finalidad y es impactar porque cada emprendimiento es una gran representación de una luz de esperanza para aquellos que anhelan alcanzar una meta por eso decidí no solo de gustar sus exquisitas galletas denominadas alfajores y también lo celebré en compañía de mi fiel compañero el café no hay nada más grato en la vida que celebrar y compartir en compañía de lo que amas y el café es mi fiel acompañante.
No dejé que el sol resplandeciente o el calor que se colaba por los diferentes rincones de mi casa fuese el obstáculo o la excusa ideal para decir no voy a consumir esta bebida, por el contrario fue la excusa perfecta de los alfajores para degustarlo con una rica y humeante taza de café, así que hoy mi queridos amigos además de compartir mi grata experiencia quiero realizarles una pregunta ¿desde la comodidad de donde usted vive ya se ha atrevido a apoyar a alguien que recién ha iniciado su emprendimiento? o ¿acaso usted está haciendo uso de esos dones y talentos para darle sabor al mundo? Recuerden que nunca es tarde para empezar, ni demasiado temprano para darte la oportunidad de descubrir eso que llevas dentro, así que anímate.
