RE: Renting a house

in Hive Learners4 months ago

I’ve gone through the renting process a few times myself, and one thing I’ve found really helpful is doing a quick walk-through before signing anything, even if the place looks perfect in photos. Sometimes, little details, like how well the windows close or if the water pressure is decent, make a big difference once you actually live there. I also like to talk to neighbors if I get the chance, it gives a clearer picture of what the area is really like day to day. When I was looking into highly reviewed houses for rent in Palm Springs, California, doing that extra bit of checking saved me from rushing into a place that looked nice online but wasn’t the right fit in person. Have you had the chance to do that in your search?

I actually never shift to any rented house till now in life because we have our own house to live in , so there's no need to check a house for rent.

I think it's a better idea to visit the house before shifting there and ask from neighbors
