Walking is one of the easiest exercise, this is why most people who don’t go to gym or even do any other form of exercise feels fine, even the hard work we do is a form of exercise just that there should be a time for rest and good sleep as you have pointed out.

Exactly, I have tried it... taking a walk help me clear my mind and reset my mental state, and rest is important too... body no be stone
