Hey love, your points are valid. Thank you for enlightening us about surrogacy and all strings attached to it. There are different reasons why people opt for surrogacy over traditional methods. Of all the reasons you mentioned, the most common one is that they are unable to give birth through the natural method.

Like you, surrogacy is not something I think I want to get involved in. However, if my partner is fine with it (backed up with solid reasons, then so be it.

I don’t think any of these methods should be abandoned. Instead, both should exist. It is now up to couples to choose whichever they want.
