As my custom has been, I took photos of every happening in my life all through this year 2025, so before picking up my keyboard to start drafting this, I scrolled through my gallery and it was all smiles for me, mixed with some hisses and regrets along the line. But the good thing is that the number of good happenings is far more than the bad ones.

The year started with me buying some electronics for my living space. Yeah, the money came, coupled with the good price of Hive at that time, and I decided to make good use of it. Also, I renovated my workspace, and these were all big expenses, but I didn’t feel bad because they were all for a good cause.
Then February came, and I walked into a friendship—
a friendship I can say is the best that has happened to me in a couple of years. It’s not romantic or relationship-wise, just mutual friendship, and we saw the bond take us to a greater height.
Then a relationship crashed:
Oh! In case you didn’t know, I was in a relationship this year, and both of us agreed to 'crash' it. Lol. It was painful and yet a laughable experience. I love to talk about it a lot 😂. Each time I come across photos of our outings, laughter always bursts out of my mouth.
Agriculture and homesteading:

I did a lot of agricultural activities, but not to be compared to last year, and that’s because I was discouraged along the line due to how pests kept terrorising my small garden. Fortunately for me, I didn’t spend much money, and in the end, I got harvests that paid off for the time and strength I invested.
Religious life:

Mehn, I didn’t go to church much due to work activities, but at some point this year, I was forced to take a leadership position in the church, which pulled me into activities I hadn’t been engaging in before. Well, I will sincerely say that it has been a smooth ride.
**Parties attended:**

For a couple of years now, this year has been the one where I had the lowest participation in parties, and it helped me a lot because I escaped high expenses. But this doesn’t mean I didn’t attend up to ten! Yep, I attended a lot of child dedications in church and just a few weddings. The last one I attended was last week, and it was our unit’s end-of-the-year party.
**Big problems of the year so far:**
One of the biggest obstacles I faced this year is accommodation, especially for a working office (shop). It’s a big challenge in my city to get a shop, and the problem is increasing every day. Towards the middle of this year, everyone in our block was given a quit notice, and the reason is because the block is to be renovated. If it were just home accommodation, it would have been better, but this came with the shop, and getting a shop to rent is almost impossible. Mehn, that thing weighed me down for months, but guess what? The problem is still intact. The block is to be renovated in January next year, and with the look of things, we’re hoping the renovation doesn’t happen anymore. Lol
