Exam's are the most important part of the student life as both students and teachers put their struggle to reach in a exam hall and both trying their best to conduct a exam. But after giving the exam , students only wait for the results but teacher's have to play their next role which is most important as in this they'll conclude the progress of a student of a whole year or of a whole term.

Grading system!!!
Our grading system is also the part of the education system and i think it's the most important part of the system because grades of the student will tell about the struggle of a student put in their exams and who is on topper and who is not. In some school's grading system is good but in some grading system isn't good but it's difference in both private and government sectors.
Grading system in private school!!!
In private schools, the school Principal is very serious about the grading system also i saw that the students are also very serious about their marks in the exams. On the results day there's a parent teacher meeting in a school where the respective teacher tell about the students report like she's doing better now or not also discuss the students behavior in the classroom. In this way parents easily know about their kids.
In private schools, parents teacher meeting day is held for the students to share their MarkSheet with parents so they know at how much level they're passed or fail in the exams and also know the competition in the classroom.
Grading system in Government school!!!
As compare to the private school, grading system is totally different in the government school. After exams and after preparing the results there's a result day in the government school and it's student will either he/she wants to bring parents at school or not. From class 1 to class 5 as kids are younger so parents must come to school and some didn't come, while they give complete MarkSheet to the students.
From class 6 to 8 they only tell the position holder in the school and also tell who's pass and who is fail in the exams without giving them MarkSheet. However if a student want the MarkSheet he can get it some other day from his class teacher but not on the result day. Student only know that if they're passed or failed. But in high school they conduct a board exam which is totally different and it's a good exam for students.
Final thought's!!!
In my opinion, either the school is private or government but teacher should give MarkSheet to the students so they'll know how much percentage in exams they got and did they do progress from previous exam or not. But the grading system is different in different schools especially in private and government sectors.
