Sometimes I think that the world is going to suffer some disaster but then i think that we people are the reason of its disaster. Everyone here is very selfish and very corrupt. Not only in our country but corruption is very common case in many other countries and maybe that's why we're not doing any progress anymore.

Hard to find a job!!!
In this era , this is the main problem of everyone that everyone has this problem how to get a better job, there are thousands of vacancies in many companies and in many institute and there's a whole process of appointing employee like proper application of applying a job and a job interview but then it's hard to choose.
One thing is common that with a good degree you also need a good reference for getting a good job, mostly in bigger jobs you need a big reference and then everything seems easy for you. Reference mean you're having any relation with the company owner or any other person of HR company. Mostly they give priority to the family members.
I'm not going to talk about others, one of my own uncle is working in a company, this is a private company, he gave his time to the company like now he get the manager seat in that company and now he has three sons and i often saw that he's saying getting a job for their son's is so easy because they'll work in the same company.
Last year, my uncle appointed one of his niece in his company and in his 20's he got a well stable job and he's so happy and i know that same thing happen with his son's in future too. It doesn't mean that they don't give chance to others, obviously they give chance to others too but if their his son or niece in the applying list then he gave priority to him not others.
We called this nepotism, i know that this isn't good but believe me he said that's how life works. Personally sometimes i feel jealous because i know how my little cousin's with get a good job in future while they're not even the good students like hardly pass out in the exam's, but i can't do anything because it's me and I've to put efforts to get a good job. My father also give a reference to us in any good school because he's a government teacher but he always says that i only gave you education now get a job on your own.

I'm not going to say here that everyone is same but still 80% people give priority to their children's or relative in giving a job and that's the reason we're far behind now as the country can't do progress because the people here are corrupt, some give priority to their relative while some easily sell the seat for money.
