We are living in the era of inflation, economy crashes all over the world and poor public severe inflation, people have less salaries while the prices of things higher and higher with each passing day. It's hard for labour to fulfill the needs of people. Although if you give education to the people it's their luck either they find a good job or not.

After searching for a job, our youngsters now want to establish their own business especially when they don't get jobs after getting higher education then to run a house they need an income source and start a business, it doesn't matter on smaller scale or larger scale.
Let's start a business!!!!
Nowadays it's very common and it's the easiest business to do. As many of the government school and hospital become private because government sell these schools and hospital's to people who can do invest their money.
When you buy a school, obviously you'll higher teacher for your school as teacher's are your employees to help you to run a school. Now it totally depends on you how you want to run your business , obviously if you're a good person then people will love to work with you as no one loves the arrogant boss who always in aggressive mood.
Give reinforcement to your employees!!!!
It doesn't mean you always show greed and want to save money, I think you should give rewards to your good employees too on your hardwork.
By spending money on employees or workers in your business is the reason to establish your business in good way. We know that you give good salary package to your employees but I think you should give extra bonus with salary too if any of the employees show their best or follow the rules. In this way, you become a good person or good boss and people love to do work with you.
Now, some people have this mindset that it's okay if one employee leave the company then other will come as people need job but if continually people leave your business then it's not good for your reputation as well.
My experience with a greedy Boss!!!
I'm also a teacher and once I joined a school and I can work there hardly for six months because the principal on school only want to fill his bag with money and put the teacher aside and believe me he also never appreciate the students by give them reward's. In a school there's various way's to appreciate students like as regular student, obedient student, neat and clean students and many other way's but he never appreciate students.
I know it's not beneficial for me to give rewards to students but I think it's student right to get appreciation and if he can't appreciate little students then how he could appreciate his employees.
