Many asiatic women have to suffer in different ways, we're in the 21st century but in some corners of the world women are treated worse than animals but i see some parts too where women take a stand for themselves, they fight and win....
Your post reminds me of the drama Akhree station, I'll suggest this drama to watch as it only has 7 episodes but each episode has a different story of a woman....

My favourite episode is where a guy had aids and his wife was blamed as being characterless and being the reason of infecting her husband with aids. Although it was the husband who used old syringes for drugs.
Poor lady had to flee for protecting her dignity.
I can't tell you which episode is my favorite but that story of a woman who is being used by her husband.... When her husband sell her to his friends for spending the night with her and her husband was a drug man...
But in the end she made a decision to leave the home with her daughter.... That episode shocked me more than other.....
