So Gender equality indirectly play greater part in any development, which include the economic development. This is the case of where the big numbers beat out small numbers, rather than talking which person should be pay more, it is more like promoting everyone getting a fair pay and all can walk forward to better future.

True, i think its a great thing. The economy would be boosted since everyone is working but then think about it, men put in more effort. Wouldn't it seem partial if two people are paid the same thing when one person obviously put in more effort and work harder than the other??
