One thing that's very important in life and in the life of humans is to have a place where we can rest our heads after the work and stress of the day as this would make us more comfortable in life and increase our strength going out the following day.
Imagine there's no place to rest our heads, that means, the city would have been congested and unrest would have occupied everywhere, but because of us having a place to rest our heads, we have rest.
Having said that, I would say that, it's better for an individual to have a place, not an ordinary place, a good and serene place called shelter to rest our heads in the society and for us to have a good place or to rent a good place in my own area, there are steps and features to look out for.
HOUSE RENT CRITERIA IN MY AREA
For someone looking for a house to rent in my area, there's certain factors that determine the kind of house such a person would get at the end of the day.
MONEY: one of the factors that would determine the kind of house one would get in my own area is money. In fact money is the major factor that determines what house to get in my area.
For instance, if one is to get a good house in a good location in my area, such a person must have enough money which would enable him or her to rent a house in such a location where there's constant electricity supply, a location where there's peace and security, a location that serene, a location where there's no unrest, a location where opportunity lies, a location where one can easily get connected and so on.
So, money is the major determinant of what kind of house to get in my area. It's the amount of money you have that would secure a high class house, middle class house and the lower house class where everything that happens would be the direct opposite of what is obtainable to those features I have mentioned in the above paragraph.
Therefore, if there's no enough money to rent house in area, then such a person would have to go for the less, but if there's money, then there's good houses with good amenities in good locations in my area and it won't even take time to get what kind of house you needed unlike those who have not enough money to look for a good house. Even the question the house agent in my area would ask you is, “What is your budget?” So, you must have a good budget in my area to get a befitting house.
On the part of the house owner, what they use to look for in their tenant or to be a tenant is a peaceful person that has good character and that can take care of the compound. Someone that would not muddle things up.Someone who they can trust and relate with, but all these come after the main and the first factor which is the money.
So, in my area, after securing an apartment, a form would be given to the new tenant to fill and this form is called the security form by the house owners association and the form is to get your details and make you swear not to break the security law of the community.
In conclusion, the major factor and the main determinant of securing a good house is money and when there's money you get the best and vice versa and on the part of the land owners, they always want a peaceful and matured person which I too would always want as a landlord.
