I change jobs last year and because of that same problem, stress at work was just too much, got a new job and even accpet a lower payment with one condition only and that was peace, the owner is a friend and all I ask him was peace, so far I would say its working great and at 40 years old Im starting to wonder if this will be the place I stay for the rest of my working lifetime
