This is happening because people certain people are financially abusing the Hive system for personal gain i know this because it is obvious as a lot of the second layer tokens are doing well.
Hopefully this does not continue to get worse than it already is, i don't understand why a debt coin was ever used to be a stable coin.
A stable coin should not be soft pegged either as this is the major flaw with soft peg it fluctuates due to outside and market activities.
Very sad state of affairs.
