Having a diabetic is a serious health challenge, as such when considering eating fruit, it's should be fruit that as a high fiber content with a lower content of glycemic and should also be taking in moderation.
This fruit will be best to include with the ones doctor recommended,
Pears
Grapefruit
Plum
Nectarine
