ALIVE and HEARTBEAT Staking 03-03-26
I have been struggling lately to fit everything in some of this is down to work and mostly though is because my wife needed an operation on her leg.
She will be off her feet for 6 weeks, so this has caused a few challenges and took a bit of time to find some kind of balance.
Having to take on extra commitments, extra cooking and everything else i have now gained while my wife is out of action is not easy.
It has been nice here in the UK with sun setting in more now with signs of spring.
Time is scarce these days but i will work it out.
I have alot to catch up on it will take me a couple of days to get fully on track but i got some exciting announcements coming.
FOODIE
I have got some cooking done although i haven't really had time to always document what i have done.
I have been making alot of pigs in blanket lately.
These are super easy and quick in an airfryer.
First you just need bacon and sausages.
Roll the sausages in the bacon.
Place them into an airfryer, they can also been done in an oven it just takes longer.
Salt and pepper them cook for 15 minutes on 200
Turn them every 5 minutes for an even cook.
Once nice and golden they can be served with all kinds side foods, chips, pasta, potatoes, vegetables.
Personally i like to serve it with a cream bacon and bean sauce with a little steak.

I completed my curation for the @aliveandthriving project every day, normally around the morning time, so @iamraincrystal can complete the community post.
