Today, I visited a cryogenic chamber which I didn't for a long time. -85C for 4 minutes was the deal. You can choose your music, and I thought Sigur Ros, a band from Iceland, was a great fit for the cold. I felt great after the cryogenic chamber.
What an interesting experience, and what a good choice of music to accompany it.
Sigur Rós has a perfect atmosphere for something as unique as being in a cryogenic chamber.
I'm glad it made you feel so good, it must be something revitalizing.

The benefits and feeling are similar to ice bathing which I also would recommend.
