When I visit my family for the holidays, I have a must stop that I have been going to almost every year.
The Russell Stover Store

The store is actually next to the factory where they produce all of their candies. If you did not know about their candies, you would never know there was a store there. It sits on the edge of a small town in north central Texas about an hour south southeast of Dallas.

Almost any kind of chocolate candy is available even sugar free versions. This section contains many, many varieties each individually wrapped so that you can get just a sample and not a full box or bag of candy.

Yum, Yum. They also make fudge and other types of chocolate candies they sell fresh daily from the glass counter that you see in the above picture right hand side. There are so many choices that you could spend a bunch of time just walking around trying to decide which one you will be buying.
I do not think it is even possible to walk in this candy store and walk out without purchasing something.

The part I really like about the store is a secret. If you go to the very back of the store, there is a back room where they have their bulk boxes of candy at below retail prices.
After each holiday, they move the holiday packaged version to that back room so even though it is the same candy it is just in dated holiday packaging so the price is a lot lower.
How can you pass that by? I know that during the holidays you get enough food and sweets to eat but I just find it very hard to not stop at this candy factory outlet store and stock up on Chocolates.
