Lack of sleep (sleeplessness/insomnia) is prevalent everywhere! Around 15% of American adults suffer from it every month!! Medications, behavioral therapy, etc, are well-established management options for insomnia. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is a time-consuming or slow option. Hence, many people prefer sleeping pills.
A new study revealed that some gentle exercise (yoga, tai chi, walking, jogging, etc) could be quite an effective management option for sleeplessness!
