Amid a rapid rise in gonorrhea cases in the UK, Scotland has initiated gonorrhea vaccines! Interestingly, the vaccine is not specific to gonorrhea. Rather, it is the meningitis B vaccine! Having similarities between two bacteria, it is seen that the MenB jab reduces the gonorrhea case by one-third!
