It sounds like you've had a pretty busy day.
It's good that you were able to go for a walk and clear your mind, sometimes it is necessary to take a break to disconnect a little from the daily hustle and bustle.
I hope the next few days are manageable and that you find moments to relax.

        Well it is the busy time of year for me now especially once winter plays out it will be more relaxing.
        Yeah i love living in the countryside the breaks are imortant i tend to live in my head.
