Steady growth is better than none. I try to show up every day esp. for tribe curation, but I like how I have a break from posting at least once a week. It helps me recharge my energy.

Absolutely, consistency really makes a difference.
Taking that one day off to recharge sounds like a great way to maintain balance while staying committed to your goals.
