I think, better to go for a 365 reward period! Giving dust (with longer period) as the rewards won't attracted provided much I think. In one year, it will be possible to get another 100 BEE hopefully! It is a long time. Many things can happen during this time!
However, final decision should come from the team. We are sure that the best decision will be taken!

Yes, that's what I was thinking as well, and that's the distribution period that I chose, 365 days. I'm sure we'll collect 100 BEE in a year.
Most of the team is super busy and not so available, so most of this has been me at the moment, but everyone knows what I'm doing, as I communicate it all clearly. Everyone likes what I've been doing so far!
