I'm still the healthiest human that I know. I've never had a cavity, I've never broken a bone (and I have not been gentle with myself, I can assure you!), I've never had an allergy of any kind, I have a rapid metabolism (so nothing stays in my body for long), I have a very strong immune system, and I heal bodily damage extremely quickly.
