I'm totally amazed at the number of steps I got yesterday. For sure it's not a usual thing for me, as my day work takes up most of my day, and that sort of ties me up to pc work the whole day. I just get some breaks here and there. That's one reason why I do my one-hour afk after work hours daily. I also make it a point to do my walking exercise during that time.
Five thousand steps per day is my ultimate goal. In time perhaps. At least I got to do that yesterday. On regular days I prefer a little less running around here and there. ๐ I'm glad for my steps today. Next time around I'd like to do at least 2K steps daily.
Late in the afternoon, it rained heavily that the terrace hallway got flooded. I actually almost jumped up and down 'coz of it. ๐ Tonight I will enjoy the night without the cooling system. I do need to save more on power bills. My latest one cost me $139. ๐ Yes, I pray for cooler weather daily. ๐โค๏ธ๐ก

Fear can be helpful in some situations as we learn to protect ourselves from danger. Too much of it can be overwhelming and result to anxiety. I do not imagine anyone who wants to be anxious all the time. At the very least, it's helpful to be able to manage one's own fear. I believe I went through that initially when I found myself in pain and unable to move around a lot. It sure took me awhile to decide I'd like to overcome my fear, acknowledge my pain, and find ways to work around it. One step at a time... I'm a work in progress ๐โค๏ธ๐ก
It's almost the mid month again. How fast time flies indeed! It helps me that I'm taking things one day at a time. I do not fancy thinking too much every day. It's best to take things as they come.
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. Immediate goal is to reach $3 on LL.
