This morning I did a walk to improve my health. For a couple of months now I've not been doing that. So, I want to consciously add it back to my routine. It's a very good way to stay healthy.
The simple definition of a weekend to me is, rest, lol. I consciously plan my schedule to create time for rest, to avoid my body forcefully demanding it, which might not be good.
