Since the beginning of this new month it's been raining cats and dogs thereby making movement somehow restricted and an opportunity to engage more in the community, lol.

But there was a little break this morning which afforded me the opportunity to have a 40 minutes walkout. It was a soothing time. Got back home to observe my usual weekend rest. This is all for now, see you in my next post.

When it is full-blown diabetes, there is no coming back. The managements are intended to keep the disease under control and prevent its complications.

However, if someone is pre-diabetic, measures can reverse the condition and prevent the development of full-blown diabetes. 150 minutes of exercise per week is one of such measures.
