OK, well, DUNK is definitely dead, and CTP might still be alive, as it's supposed to have a new fellow running it, but I haven't heard much around it yet. You could accept the highest buy orders on the market, if they exist.

That's a good question, I haven't seen him in a while either, and I was thinking the same thing. I know that he started getting downvoted on his posts for some reason, which made him post a lot less than he used to do, which is really sad.
