I AM Alive Challenge

What does it mean to be happy?

What and how do we (I) become happy?

I am alive challenge, this is the challenge for me.

Life for me, in its present characterization, "SUCKS!"

I examine life from many angles. From movies such as, "Ready Player One". Am I an RPC or real?

I look to, the "Matrix" series of films and ask myself, if I already know the answers, why do I insist on living the answers?

Which leads me to experimenting.

I have taken the path of Psychiatry and using "Legalized" prescription drugs. I took the drugs, ignoring the massive side effects.

The "prescription" drugs became a caustic cocktail, one in which suicide was contemplated.

Moving forward, I am done being an RPC, "Role Playing Character".

I am who YAWHEH says that I am, I am a child of the most high, and refuse to buy into "Doctors know best."

They have "Rockefeller training." Which separates the body into individual parts versus seeing the body as a whole (ONE).

Now is the time and now is the place to take control and declare, I am one and I am one with our creator.

I throw off the shackles of slavery and declare that I am one with and created as one with the almighty in heart, mind, body, soul, and autonomy.

While it is impossible to predict the exact time of a person’s death, a new test can help individuals lead healthier lives. This test, known as the DNA-methylation test, measures a person's intrinsic capacity (IC). Those with a high IC tend to have longer disease-free lives, whereas individuals with a low IC are more prone to various illnesses. Fortunately, there are ways to improve your IC!

To learn more about intrinsic capacity and the test, check out this Medical News Today article. Stay healthy, and stay !ALIVE
