"My Alive and Thriving Friday"!

This evening I wish to share a few photos from my #aliveandthriving Friday! It was a very overcast day - but with a few highlights!

So the day started with a trip over to the old house to feed the Kitty and Dozer. Here is Dozer waiting for me,

And then he came over to the fence,

This whole deal with him makes me pretty sad - really, but he is not mine... I did "offer though".

So, back on the porch the "Sweet Basil" is still blooming,

It will freeze for a few hours on Monday and then it will be gone!

So after that I took out "Brutus" and rode around a little.
Over at the Park the tides are finally beginning to rise - a good thing,

And this is because... I rode down the Channel to the lower Breeding Pond. This is a side view,

And this is across the Pond - it almost no longer exists!

This is a look under the bridge. As you can see the water is unbelievably shallow. The Seagrass is reaching the surface!

And while I was there I saw a few "Daredevil Kite surfers"! I say Daredevil because it is a "dangerous sport" under normal circumstances. With "shallow water" there is even less cushion should something go wrong!

And then it was beginning to get a bit cool so I went ahead and rode home.
