I took a few photos on Friday (yesterday) that I would like to share with you this evening!
So to start the day, I caught the Sun coming up between the trees,
The "Purplish" Sky looked pretty nice! Definitely a change from the "Orange to Pink" you see here normally.
Then the rest of the morning was pretty hectic - a lot of errands! So not much from the middle of the day - but...
I took out "Brutus" for a ride to the Park,
Over there I found these Oyster shells someone piled up and left,
(*yes there are Oyster beds out there - but I believe under protection)
As you can see the Park was empty,
A Seagull flew over,
And then out over the Breeding Pond,
There was some Seagulls out on this Sandbar,
A look across the Channel,
And a little to the left is the Dredging operation, with two small boats leaving,
Through the haze you can see a boat heading back out there,
I find this absolutely astounding! No matter what, Padre or Mustang Island are closer than coming back across the Channel! And it appears that's what they are doing - "all day long"!?!?
So very strange!
And a few Firewheels I saw on my way home,
And that was my #aliveandthriving Friday!
