This 1976 hit by the American band Boston is my favorite because it is a song about the connection with music as the happiest place, where everything is possible. Despite its lyrics, which touch the theme of nostalgia for those experiences and a love from the past, music is the palliative to mitigate the gray, like the sun that dawns in the soul. Whenever I am depressed I listen to it and my mood magically improves.
That's such a beautiful way to describe the song.
More Than a Feeling, truly has that uplifting power, and it's amazing how music can transport us to a happier place.
