Due to the recent health issues I have been experiencing, I finally took the responsibility of taking charge of my health once again. How? By minding what I eat and most especially, getting back to the habit of walking.
When I was living in the province with a nearby mountain, I used to walk up to that steep destination at least once a day. That was the height of my good health, which also gave me a great figure. I have neglected that for the past decade, and now need to regain that vitality and strength.

In our village, there is no high mountain to climb, so I have to compensate either by doing cardio or lengthening my walk time. I have only started so I am not straining my body too much.

In order to help me stay motivated with my new routine, I decided to get a bluetooth music player headset. This will help dispel any possible demotivation, boredom, and procrastination on my part. It connects seamlessly with my phone and the playlist I downloaded there, but it also has an internal memory where I can download songs directly. So far I haven’t gotten around to that due to the quirks that my devices demand, which makes the transfer process too cumbersome.

Below are more views of the village roads.

Here’s hoping I’ll get back in shape in the soonest possible time. Happy to be alive!
