Well, it's only been a year since I've been managing the assets for the We Are Alive Tribe, and ALIVE, but from what I've learned from 4+ years of working with all sorts of layer-2 tokens, and what I've learned this year managing ALIVE, is to create as many different uses as you can for your token, as the more useful a token is, the more valuable it is. Good morning!! I am here on a random wake up at 6:20 am! Thank you for advice on the token, I am working on the !ALIVE pool as of now but also want to build ALIVEM pool as well, but good things come in small steps 😁.
As for use case for my token, small step being made there too, I have been building my @risingstargame NFT collection and I will be listening some for HASHSCORE. And as you said development too is also a perk because I can come up with unique use cases and yes I have spoken to @benthomaswwd a little about a plan to include ALIVE into a new project too.

Both pools have liquidity rewards, though you'll notice that the trading/swapping volume for the ALIVE:SWAP.HIVE pool is much higher, so the pool fees are also much better. Creating the ALIVE:SWAP.HIVE pool was a very good idea it would seem. Adding liquidity a little at a time is great, and that's often how I get into new pools too.

We presently have one coder in the 'We Are Alive Tribe' core leadership, Bjorn (@borniet), who has been handling all of our backend needs, though he's the busiest human that I know...lol! I seem to not have my tips working at the moment even though i have 1000 delegated to me. I am amost at 1000 personal so I have a feeling it will work then, but there is some bug... I will try again here.. I did let @benthomaswwd know about it.
