I try to walk 30-45 mins daily, and that help me to relax.
Your consistancy with steps goals will definitely improve your mobility issue. And when you feel comfortable, slightly increase the steps goal.

Same walking time for me. The rest of my walk goes to the other chores I do around the flat !LOL 😆
