I don't think that sats (except the transaction fee which is usually just 1 satoshi) will get "wasted", because if such sats don't get succesfully sent to a target wallet, then it should remain at (or go back quickly to) the sender's wallet. 🤔🤯🤓😅

Bitcoin Lightning Wallet addresses are only supposed to hold small amounts of sats, as they are designed for paying (and swapping/converting) and not for investing/trading (and "HODLing"). 🤔🧘♂️🤓😏
