
It sometimes easy to fail to notice simple things that truly make life worth living in a world that move so fast. People only focus on thing that is not yet working for them or things they are yet to achieve, forgetting gratitude itself is the basis of progress and peace. The truth is, there are so many things to be thankful for than we frequently discern, sometimes, it's takes just only a quiet moment to realize.
Being alive today is the greatest of all to everyone to begin with and the privilege of waking up each day, enjoying free breathing, good health and having another chance to make things better than they were yesterday is something money can't buy. So many people wished for something like this, but not all could make it. The fist and most essential reason to be thankful for is life itself. Good health is another thing to be thankful for, no matter how little it seems.
The strength to move around, think , eat and function daily is a bigger blessing even if you're not in perfect condition. Some people are currently lying in hospital beds praying waiting for miracle to happen over there life and hoping they are able to just walk again or have the privilege to breathe without pain. When you realize how important health is, you will notice why gratitude is a must for you the moment you woke up every day.
Having people who care about you around is another blessing and something you should be thankful for. Having people you called family or friends, it could be your parents, siblings, spouse, children or even loyal friend who is always there for you each time you're down, no matter how few they are is priceless.
Be thankful for those little things because some people don't have the privilege to even enjoy those little things, the food you eat, the clothes you put on, the roof over your head and even the fresh air you breathe. These are blessings that millions of people are still praying for to have. Gratitude doesn't always need a big reason but what matter most sometimes is by silently acknowledge little joys that keeps our hearts light. In the long run, what's more needed to be thankful for isn't something far away or new, but it's something we already have but frequently take for granted. The more thankful and grateful you're, the more beautiful your life becomes.
