Hello Hive,
One thing I have noticed in life is that many people quit just when they are getting close to making progress. It happens in different areas of life. Some people give up on their businesses, some stop learning a new skill, while others abandon personal goals they once felt passionate about. Looking from the outside, it may seem like they simply lost interest, but I believe there is often more to the story.

We now live in a world when people want quick results. Social media makes success look fast and easy, but what we often don't see are the years of hard work behind those success stories. When people put effort into something and don't see immediate results, discouragement starts to set in. They begin to wonder if all the time and energy they are investing are really worth it. For many, that feeling becomes strong enough to make them quit.
Another reason people give up too soon is fear. Nobody likes failing, and repeated setbacks can be too difficult to handle. When things don't go according to plan, self-doubt begins creeping in. Questions like "What if I'm not good enough?" or "What if this never works?" begin to fill the mind. Unfortunately, these thoughts sometimes push people to walk away instead of putting more efforts or pushing forward.
I also think a lack of support plays a role because I know what it's feel to lack support. Chasing a dream can feel lonely, especially when the people around you don't understand what you're trying to achieve. Sometimes all a person needs is a little encouragement, but not everyone gets that. Constant criticism and negative opinions can slowly drain away motivation and make even the strongest person consider giving up.
What many people fail to realize is that progress is not always visible. Sometimes you are growing, learning, and improving even when there are no obvious results to show for it. It's similar to planting a seed. For a while, nothing seems to be happening above the ground, but underneath, the roots are developing.
Whenever I see stories of successful people, one lesson stands out, and that's the fact that most of them faced moments when quitting seemed easier than continuing. The difference is that they kept going. While there are situations where letting go is the right choice, I believe many people give up simply because they underestimate how close they are to a breakthrough.
Sometimes, all it takes is a little more patience, a little more faith, and one more attempt.
Thanks for reading!!!!
