I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. This soon-to-be-made $600 fiat investment into Hive, for the purpose of achieving my year-end goal of 15,000 Hive Power, that I'm going to grow in the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC diesel/liquidity pool (since I will receive it as LTC/SWAP.LTC) for 3 months, made me realize clearly just how useful an investment strategy leveraging notable off-chain crypto assets against important Hive assets, and against each other, really is, and the excellent gains that would be possible by doing so. I can see now that this investment strategy is one of my best options for increasing my holdings over time of important off-chain assets like BTC, BCH, DOGE, ETH, LTC, MATIC, SOL, and the like, along with Hive assets such as SWAP.HIVE, SWAP.HBD, and BEE.
Since all the various off-chain-leveraging pools paired with the above-mentioned important Hive assets have very good pool fees and trading volume, $600 investments into one at a time will go a long way indeed, and will generate some excellent returns. The paired assets in these pools will just keep increasing, without me having to do anything, so they will indeed be like high-interest savings accounts, that I have a very strong feeling will become exceedingly useful in the future, especially after the crypto market's imminent explosion and expansion.
The pools that I presently have in my short and long-term sights for these strategic external investments are SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BTC, SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC, SWAP:HIVE:ETH, SWAP.HIVE:DOGE, SWAP.BTC:SWAP.LTC, SWAP.ETH:SWAP.USDT, SWAP.BTC:SWAP.ETH, SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.MATIC, SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.SOL, BEE:SWAP.BTC, BEE:SWAP.LTC, BEE:SWAP.ETH, BEE:SWAP.DOGE, among others. I'll be starting with the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.LTC, SWAP.HIVE:BTC, and SWAP.BTC:SWAP.LTC pools first for these larger external fiat investments, periodically adding a new pool every few months, as my fiat finances allow.
I very much appreciate that this is a dual way of investing in Hive and its assets, and in significant external off-chain assets, at the same time, which is an ideal dynamic for me. The assets grown in these pools over time can and will be used to fuel ever-greater asset-leveraging investments and growth across the Ecosystem.
This is a notable shift to how I've been investing in Hive up until this point, but I got the message clearly that this is the time to invest hard in some of these primary off-chain assets, while still investing in Hive and Hive assets, which I know will pay off very well indeed. Of that I am certain, so I'm going full steam ahead with this new external Hive investment strategy, and I'm excited!
Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a little before 1:45PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, then straining and blending kefir in the Landing. Once those were completed, I went to the fenced garden next to Kana's place to do some weeding, and to meet with Flow and Kana to do some garden planning. When we were done with that, I made my way back to the other side of the property, to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and with that in hand to return to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I wasn't able to get through them all again last night, stopping a bit after 11:30PM, to do some asset management, a quick scan of my X feed, then to go to bed a bit after 12AM. I woke up just after 7AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 11:30AM, so a magnificent time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
