I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. I arrived in the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem 3 years and 11 months (1430 days in total) ago tomorrow, and while I am indeed aware of some notable and significant challenges and issues that exist here on Hive (abusive downvotes particularly come to mind), I still deeply love and believe in it, and I'm continuing to invest ever-more deeply. Various important projects within Hive's Ecosystem are also presently developing and exploding quite quickly, like InLeo/LeoDex/LeoStrategy/LEO/LSTR/SURGE, Splinterlands, VSC, and SpendHBD/Distriator, all of which are drawing rapidly-increasing attention, both on and off the Blockchain.
There are a lot of passionate and dedicated people on Hive working to create some truly incredible things for all of us, and more and more I'm seeing the puzzle pieces of Hive's decentralized potential coming together, and I must say that it's extremely exciting. I've already made 4 previous external investments into Hive, 2 from off-chain crypto assets, and 2 from fiat cash, and I'm planning to invest even more deeply and strongly for the rest of this year, and next year.
These future investments will mostly be from fiat cash, with a side of various off-chain crypto assets that I've been growing. My goal is to invest $600 in fiat cash every three months, so four times per year. As I've mentioned, the next upcoming one will go into another mega-powerup of HIVE, with the next several mostly going into various profitable diesel/liquidity pools, and to a few significant layer-2 tokens. Not counting irregular external off-chain crypto investments, this would be $2,400 into the Hive Ecosystem each year, and believe me when I say that I will leverage and grow my assets very well indeed.
I'm putting my money where my mouth is, you could say, because I talk all the time about how incredible Hive's investment framework and innumerable investment opportunities are, so I'm heeding my own advice and putting a good bit more skin in the game. With enough large, focused investments in the right places, the magic of compounding interest and exponential growth will take me to to moon, as the saying goes.
I'm working on becoming a whale in all main Hive investment domains, with the ultimate goal of generating more assets and income than I could easily use. Once that is achieved, then living off of what I generate on Hive, and funding assorted on and off-chain projects, become feasible possibilities. I've got my eyes locked on the Goal, and I'm making it happen every day.
Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a little before 1:45PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts. Once I had a good batch of shots taken, I got my machete and did another round of clearing in various spots. After clearing another sizeable area, I took a shower, collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and with that in hand, I made my way back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by just after 9:30PM, and after some asset management, and a scan of my X feed, I went to bed a bit after 11:30PM. I woke up around 7AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1PM, so quite a good time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
