My walk started near the concert hall, next to the bridge over the river. It's a standard road bridge, built a long time ago. But it only started looking this beautiful in the evening relatively recently.

A view of the start of the path from the bridge.

And a bit further — a view of the riverfront towards the city center.

The riverfront changed significantly a few years ago and became a modern space with comfortable benches, loungers, and cozy cafes. On that day, however, the cafes were empty, and the loungers were vacant too — although usually, teenagers love to hang out there.

Here are the steps down to the water. In summer, tour boats dock here. But back then, there weren't even any ducks. They probably felt the strong wind and flew south early. 🦆

Another view of the park with the outdoor summer stage.

It was empty that day too...

...except for a couple of stray dogs running around. A bit strange, but atmospheric in its own way.

I walked around the river and took a panorama shot of the riverfront from the other bank.

Then I returned to the bridge where I started the walk.

A view of the city.

I love the city in the evening — it's pleasant to walk around any time of year. But being in your hometown and seeing how it becomes more convenient and beautiful — that's a special feeling.
It was early December, and two cute figures were already installed near the concert hall for the New Year. They were smiling and waving their hands, as if wishing me a safe journey home. And that's exactly what happened.
Thanks for taking this walk with me!
