RE: #Wednesday Walk - A Walk with Monkeys

That looks like a fun adventure. It reminds me of a past travel with my daughter in Subic where we stopped somewhere monkeys would come near. We were told not to feed them though as they might come in droves. 😅 This looks more fun as it's in the park. Fascinating how they also find humans interesting. 😆 Happy midweek!

It was fun indeed! It is never a good idea to feed the monkeys though. You'll end up with more problems that you can handle...lol. We have monkeys in the area where we live too. And it is a general rule everybody knows... Do not feed the monkeys. When they get fed by humans, they start coming into the houses and cause havoc. If you walk on the road, carrying a bag or anything, they would come and grab it from you to see if there is anything to eat... It can become a real problem and even scary at times. We've even had reports in our area where dogs got attacked by monkeys while the owners were out. Especially when they come in troops, they can become aggressive and dangerous. And it all starts with being spoilt by humans.

So the golden rules is to remember that they are wild animals. And while we respect that and allow them to remain wild animals, we have the opportunity to enjoy them...as wild animals.

Thanks for stopping by, @iamraincrystal! Happy weekend to you!
